Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to apply for the IT Technology Services Associate - Basis position at Cargill. I currently
work as a System Engineer – MSSQL DBA at TCS, where I manage tasks like backup and restore,
patching, upgrades, user access, and daily monitoring. I also work with Azure SQL and have
experience with high availability, failover, and version upgrades. I follow ITIL processes by handling
incidents, change requests, and service tasks to meet deadlines. I also write standard procedures
and automate routine jobs to save time.

In addition to my DBA work, I have started learning Linux basics and exploring other system tasks.
I’m also learning the basics of SAP systems and HANA databases, which helps me understand how
full IT systems work. I want to grow into a role where I can learn more and do more than just
database work.

I enjoy learning new tools and solving problems with my team. This role fits my career goals
because I want to work in different areas of IT and improve my knowledge, especially in SAP
environments.

Right now, I already work with ITIL methods, solve tickets, monitor systems, and write SQL scripts
when needed. I would like to apply this experience and grow further in this role.

I am very interested in the chance to learn more about applications, operating systems, and SAP
systems at Cargill. I believe my current experience and willingness to learn will help me do well in
this position.
