1 Basic Information

The controller has the functions of parameters collection, control, Alarm and so on. The
interface can be switched in Chinese and English. More details are shown below.
• Running status dry contact
• Power panel indicator light
• Public alarm dry contact and panel indicator light
• Remote control
• DPOS Control (Need Dew Point Meter)
• Display Dew Point(4-20mA)Optional.
• Display Inlet Temp.(PT100)Optional.
• Modbus RS485 RTU Optional

You will enter the main interface if you press the ESC key or wait without any operation for one

3.2 User Setting

Press key 5# to enter the first page of the user setting interface and press key 8# for 0.5s to
scroll down. Press key 9# to exit the setting interface.
User password level 1 permissions,Password 6 bits "000001".
In the setting interface: the trigger key for the first line setting input window is 1# the trigger
key for the second line setting input window is 2#, the trigger key for the third line setting input
window is 3#, the trigger key for the fourth line setting input window is 4#.

The password input box appears after the setting is triggered as follows:

Remark: Every time you set a parameter, you have to input the password. When the password 每
is input correctl, you’ll see the numeric input box pop up. Then input the corresponding paramter
and press ENT key.

Remote start-up mode in the user setting is described as below, wiring method refers to
electrical diagram.
• Point 1 Modbus control, when the address 44847 is changed by Modbus to 0 for
shutdown, to 1 for start-up.
• Point 2 single point control, closed to start, disconnected to stop.
• Point 3 two point control, switch 1 pulse closed to start, switch 2 pulse closed to stop.

3.3 Engineer Settings

Press key 5# to enter the first page of user setting interface and press key 8# for 0.5s to scroll
down to page 5, then press key 1# to trigger the engineer password input box and set the
password******. Press ENT to enter the first page of engineer setting interface. Press key 6# to exit.
In the setting interface: the trigger key for the first line setting input window is 1# the trigger
key for the second line setting input window is 2#, the trigger key for the third line setting input
window is 3#, the trigger key for the fourth line setting input window is 4#.

3.4 Language setting

When you enter to the engineer setting interface, press key 4# to set the language, 2 for
Chinese, 3 for English.

3.5 Alarm check and reset

In case of failure or warning during the normal operation of the dryer, the panel failure indicator
will flash, and the failure warning will appear alternately on the fourth line of the first page of the
main interface.

ALARM LIGHT

Part of the alarm will be reset automatically when the conditions are satisfied. For the rest of
alarm, you have to clear trouble first then press key 9+7# to reset. Detailed alarm items are shown
in the table below.

3.6 Communication setting
