Terms and condition:
1. Prices and specification for the bid should be valid for 45 days.
2. Delivery period is 10 day/s upon receipt of Purchase order (PO) of Job Order (JO).
3. Quotation prices must be inclusive of 3% of 5% Tax for Goods, 1% for Expanded Withholding Tax or 2% for Service Tax.
4. Payment for items delivered will be made to winning supplier after the "inspection and acceptance of Goods"
5. Supplier of good standing should be in the business for atleast 1 year as shown in the business name registration.
6. The company supplier shall submit a copy of Mayor's Permit/ Municipal License and shall have no outstanding record of being black listed by
any government agency.
