Private Cloud Support Engineer Roles

Infinite is hiring entry-level engineers for its private cloud infrastructure, serving Fortune 100
companies, BPOs, and large healthcare organizations. These roles require 24x7 shift availability
and focus on ensuring the security, performance, and stability of systems and network
infrastructure.

1. Private Cloud Server & Systems Support Engineer

Role Overview:

Support private cloud systems, including VMware, storage, and OS environments


(Windows/Linux), ensuring smooth operations and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tier-1 support for VMware, storage, and OS on rotating 24x7 shifts.

• Monitor system performance, address incidents, and make basic changes.

• Collaborate with clients and escalate issues as needed.

• Ensure compliance with security standards (HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Understanding of TCP/IP and basic networking.

• Relevant certifications (MCSA, RHCSA) or equivalent experience.

• 4-year degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Private Cloud Network LAN/WAN Support Engineer

Role Overview:
Support network infrastructure, including data center switches, routers, SDWAN, and WAN
circuits, ensuring network stability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tier-1 support for network infrastructure on a rotating 24x7 shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tier-1 support for Palo Alto firewalls and IPSEC tunnels on rotating 24x7 shifts.

• Troubleshoot firewall connectivity and support network infrastructure.

• Implement basic firewall changes and monitor security health.

• Maintain security standards (HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

Qualifications:

• Strong English language skills.

• Understanding of TCP/IP and network security.
