Tell me about yourself.

Answer:
I'm Saksham Pathak, currently pursuing Bachelor’s in Computer Application from SRM Institute of
Science and Technology. I have a strong interest in technology and development, with knowledge in
Python, Java, SQL C,C++ Kotlin .I’m passionate about problem-solving and looking for opportunities
to contribute to impactful tech solutions while continuing to grow professionally.

What is your biggest strength?

Answer:
My biggest strength is my ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and implement them practically.
For instance, ( give an example )

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Answer:
In five years, I see myself as a skilled software developer leading or contributing significantly to
impactful tech projects. I’d also like to mentor juniors the way I hope to be mentored now, and
possibly specialize in backend development or cloud-based technologies.

What programming languages or tools are you most comfortable with?

Answer:
I’m most comfortable with Java, Python, and C. I’ve used Java and Python in multiple academic
projects, and also completed certifications in both. I’m familiar with basic development tools like
Eclipse and IDLE, and also use GitHub for version control.

1. How do you handle stress or pressure?

Answer:
I try to stay calm and focus on breaking the task into smaller, manageable parts. During exams or
project deadlines, I prioritize tasks, create to-do lists, and avoid multitasking. It helps me stay focused
and productive under pressure.

2. Are you a team player or do you prefer working alone?

Answer:
I enjoy working in a team because it offers different perspectives and improves the outcome. At the
same time, I’m also comfortable working independently when needed. I believe a good professional
should adapt to both scenarios.

3. What motivates you?

Answer:
Solving real-world problems and seeing the results of my efforts motivate me. When I learn
something new and apply it successfully in a project or task, it gives me a sense of achievement and
encourages me to keep improving.
4. How do you prioritize your tasks?

Answer:
I usually list all my tasks, estimate the time each will take, and categorize them by urgency and
importance. I use tools like Google Calendar or just a simple notebook to stay organized and on track.

5. Give an example of when you failed. What did you learn?

Answer:
Once I underestimated the time needed for a mini-project and ended up submitting it late. I learned
the importance of better time estimation and starting tasks earlier. Since then, I’ve improved my
planning and never missed a deadline.

6. How would your friends describe you?

Answer:
They would describe me as dependable, calm under pressure, and someone who listens. I’m usually
the one they turn to for organizing group activities or solving small technical problems.

7. What are your hobbies or interests?

Answer:
I enjoy reading tech blogs and exploring new programming tools. Apart from that, I like listening to
music and playing chess, which helps me improve my focus and strategic thinking.

8. What are your salary expectations?

Answer:
As a fresher, my priority is to learn and grow in a good working environment. I am open to the
standard package offered for entry-level roles at your company, and I trust it will be fair based on
industry standards.

9. Are you willing to relocate?

Answer:
Yes, I’m open to relocation. I see it as an opportunity to explore new environments and grow
professionally and personally.

10. Why should we hire you?

Answer:
I bring a strong foundation in programming, a proactive attitude, and a passion for learning. I’ve
demonstrated my ability to work on real-world problems through my projects and internship, and I’m
eager to contribute to your team while continuing to grow professionally.
