Zaggle have partnered with Cyient in managing their BOB (Bouquet of Benefits). To
enable this, we offer 3 simple applications.
• Zaggle Zinger Card
• Zaggle Mobile App
• Zaggle Web Application
Let’s get to know each of them in the process

Creating Account
All the above applications are linked to your account. So, first let us know how to
create the account
OPEN THE ADMIN INVITE EMAIL RECEIVED FROM ‘ADMIN@ZAGGLE.INFO’, IN YOUR
INBOX. CLICK ON THE LINK TO ‘SET PASSWORD’

As soon as you set the password, you can login into the mobile application using your
email address and password

In case if you have not received any email, go to www.zagglesave.com, click reset
password and use your Cyient email ID to get the reset email link.

Download the Zaggle App, read it as ‘Zaggle-Zoyer’ from Playstore or App store. Go to
sign in and give your corporate email ID as username (XXXX@Cyient.com).
In case if you forget your set password, you can always set your password by clicking
on "Forget password"

Employee will be able to Login by Mobile Number / Email Id and entering password.
Alternately employee can Login by using employee ID and entering OTP in mobile
app.

Note: All our passwords are encrypted by the encryption algorithm before they are
stored in the directory.

KYC –
Once the account is created, first and the foremost thing is to complete KYC process.
This is a 2 step KYC process.
Step-1) Aadhar OTP
This step is mandatory to receive funds on the card, once step one is completed your
Zaggle card is activated, and limit will be increased to 2 lakhs. This KYC is valid till one year
only.
Process of completing Aadhar OTP KYC process
Step 1: User should select the “click here” option in the pop-up. They will then be
redirected to the UIDAI page.
Step 2: In the UIDAI page users will enter the Aadhar number and the OTP that they
received to the mobile number linked to the Aadhar.
Step 3: Once the OTP is verified user will be registered as Full KYC.

Step-2) Aadhar XML
Employee can complete this KYC process within one year of the Aadhar OTP KYC, If
this step is not completed employee card will be blocked after one year.
Process of completing Aadhar XML
This process is still not LIVE, Zaggle team will share a separate process note on this.
Zaggle Zinger Card
Zaggle Zinger card is a multi-wallet card, issued by Zaggle in partnership with NSDL
Payments Bank on a Rupay network. This card is called as “Zinger Multi-wallet card”.

Zaggle card features

 Card Validity – 5 years

 Wi-fi enabled – Tap n Pay Payments, less than Rs.5,000

 Chip based card for more secure payments

 Magstripe card

 PIN protected

 Multi-wallet – Meal, Gift, Fuel, Travel, Expense and almost 99 wallets can be
created. For Cyient we have enabled Meal & Expense wallets only.

 Up to 2 Lakh balance can be accumulated on the card

Zaggle App
Zaggle app is available both on Android & iOS. You will read our app as ‘Zaggle –
Zoyer’. As mentioned, please use same credentials to login as given by CYIENT for
account creation.
Zaggle Web Application
Employee can login to www.zagglesave.com using same credentials while creating the
account.
Employee can access & manage their complete account related information like
transaction history, submitting claims for reimbursement, PIN change, blocking card
etc using both Zaggle App & Web Application.

How Zaggle application allows me to claim reimbursements?
Employee can use both Mobile app or Web application for submitting their claims for
reimbursements, you can simply click the picture of the bill and upload them to
submit the claims. Once the bills are approved, your corporate would credit the
payments to your Zaggle card – Reimbursement Wallet.

How to Submit claims?


Go to Zaggle cards and tap on the category which is applicable.

Tap on + Symbol and select Add Upload bills and add details for
Claim for adding claim and the claim and submit the claim
Smart Scan for OCR. for approval.

On the Home page click Add Expense, attach a photo of the receipt by selecting
upload receipt icon by taking a picture or uploading it from gallery, you can also
upload a PDF document.
Smart Scan option, with the help of OCR-Optical Character Recognition helps the
employee to capture the receipts on the go. This will help the employee in saving lot
of time while submitting claims, as the claim form gets auto filled with this feature.
Are there any Supporting documents to be submitted for claiming these
reimbursements?
Employees must submit following supporting documents to claim these BOB, only
ONCE
Fuel: Employees have to submit their Vehicle RC copy

How to submit these supporting documents?
From the Homepage>>My Account>> Documents>> Click on Vehicle RC>> Upload
the document

Is there a monthly cut-off date to submit my claims through Zaggle?
All the claims that are submitted by 16th of the month will be processed with the
same month payroll.

What happens to bills submitted post cut-off?


Bills submitted beyond 16th of the month will be paid in the following month payroll
Will the reimbursement happen to entire bill approved by Zaggle or basis the
monthly eligibility?
"While Zaggle platform allows you to submit claims throughout the Financial Year,
Cyient has a monthly cut-off date as 16th of every month for considering claims
approved for payments in the same month’s payroll.
Example 1: Employee A submitted bill on 16th of the month and is approved by 20th
then this claim will be processed for payment in the same month’s payroll.
Example 2: Employee B submitted bill after 16th, then this claim will be picked up for
payment in the next month’s payroll.
Note: ZAGGLE will take 3-4 business days to process submitted claims."

What happens to amounts (beyond monthly eligibility) that are approved through
Zaggle? Will they be automatically paid to me month after month basis my
eligibility?
Claims will be verified by Zaggle team in the normal procedure and the approved bills
will be taken for reimbursement calculation in the following month by your payroll
based on the no of working days (present days) in the month.
Can I submit multiple bills for single claim?
Only one bill to be submitted per claim. For LTA, employee can submit up to 8 bills in
a single claim.
Claim Report Status
All claims are categorised under below 4 status
• Un-Submitted - The claim is not submitted for approval
• Pending Approval - Claim pending verification team approval
• Approved - Claim has been Approved
• Rejected - Claim has been declined by verification team.

Will I be informed on the claims if they are approved or rejected or partially
approved?
For any change in the status of the claim, employee will be notified over an email &
same status can be seen in the mobile app.

If my claim is rejected, will I be informed with the reason for rejection


Yes, employee will be notified over the email with rejection comment. Employee can
also reach our verification team using ‘comment tab’ for further clarity on such
claims. To view comment tab, click on the claim you will see 4 tabs
• History: it captures the date submitted, verified and the complete history of
that claim
• Attachments: Bills that are submitted by you against this claim
• Comments: you can use comment section to communicate with verification
team. E.g. Password for opening invoice or bill which is in PDF format etc.
Verification team can also reach out to you using this comment tab.
• Approval Flow: It may not be of much importance for Cyient, as there is no
multi-level approval flow.

Tap on a claim to open details screen, then shift the tabs to view Details, Approval
Flow, History and Attachments.

Zaggle Card Issuance & Usage
How can I get my ZAGGLE card?
There is a welcome mail sent to all the users of Cyient, which has a link to share your
address. Kindly fill up the details and the cards will be couriered to your addresses.
You can also click on the link here.

How to activate & link my Zaggle Card


Zaggle will link your card as per the employee details given by Cyient. Once the user
completes the KYC the card will be activated and will be visible on the Zaggle App.

How to set POS PIN & IPIN


Employee can set POS PIN – Point of sale PIN via Mobile App & Web portal. Please
find the illustration showing how to set PIN.

Step 1: User should select the settings option on Zaggle mobile APP and choose Set
POS PIN.

Step 2: They will then have to enter their card Expiry date, New PIN and Date of
Birth (as per OVD)

Step 3: Once the user clicks on Set POS PIN the Pin will be set successfully.

Where all I can use the money credited into my Zaggle account?
Your Zaggle card is a multi-wallet card, each wallet as specific functionality & usage.
For Cyient we have created 2 wallets
1) Meal Wallet: Money loaded in this wallet can be spent at all Food stores which
accepts Rupay, Online & Offline.
2) Expense Wallet: Money loaded in this wallet can be spent at all categories of stores
which accepts Rupay.
Is there a minimum spend limit while using Zaggle card?
The minimum spend limit Rs. 49
What is the procedure for card loss and how to block it?
In case if an employee loses the card, they can lock the card on the mobile app / web login.
Step 1: User should select the settings option on Zaggle mobile APP and choose Lock Card
Option.

Step 2: They will then have to enter the reason for locking the card and confirm.

Step 3: Once the user clicks on YES the card will be locked temporarily.

Step 4: send an email to care@zaggle.in with your card details, registered mobile no, email
ID

How to get the card replaced?
Employee can reach out to our customer service and give their lost card details-last 4 digits
of their card number, registered mobile & Email ID and ask for replacement card. Employee
will receive a replacement card max in 7-10 working days to their office location.

How to get the lost card balance in the new replacement card
Employee needs to confirm the receipt of the card to our customer service, post then our
team activates the replacement card & transfer the old balance into your new replacement
card.

What are the charges for card replacement?


An amount of Rs. 100 + GST will be charged for card replacement. This amount will be
debited from the Zaggle card balance.

What If I leave Cyient? Will I be able to use the balance in the Zaggle card?
It will depend on the company policy. If your organization asks you to return the card, the
same will be deactivated by Zaggle on receiving such information from the corporate.
However, if your employer allows the departing employee to take the card along with
him/her, in that case the departed employee can continue to use the card until
expiry/balance runs out.

CUSTOMER CARE
Zaggle will also conduct virtual & physical help desk on monthly frequency as per the
request from Cyient to clarify employee queries, dates for which will be informed by Cyient
team.
