Provide first aid as necessary Rope rescue system to be in a weather proof case in the crane cab with operator (checked monthly) Only workers with high angle rescue Rope rescue system not in crane and awareness of the Rollgliss to set up Set up Rollgliss system Untrained rescuers system Wrong anchorage for winch system Rollgliss to be anchored with temporary anchor leash around the upper member of the jib.
