Cybersecurity basics (password managers, phishing awareness) and language practice (apps, podcasts).
Friday
HIIT workout followed by cold exposure and 10-15 minutes of breathwork or meditation.
Saturday
Skill drills: lockpicking, climbing, tactical driving, or surveillance. Practice 1-2 per week.
