I have been with my current organization since February 2006, starting as a Technical Assistant
in the Mechanical Engineering Department. After my post graduation, through hard work and
dedication, I climbed the ranks to become a Lecturer in 2009 and later an Assistant Professor. In
2015, I took on the responsibility of heading the department, and I have been successfully
handling this role ever since.
My commitment lies in long-term growth within a single organization rather than frequent job
changes. I am determined to establish myself and advance my career within the same institution
by leveraging my industrial expertise and academic skills. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD at
IIT (ISM), Dhanbad, with pre-submission scheduled for December 2023.
In this role, I aim to push boundaries and foster a culture of innovation, inspiring students to
excel beyond the confines of traditional lecture halls. My ultimate goal is to bring out the best in
every student and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the institution.
