key, the Windows Key + PrtScn shortcut, or the Snipping Tool (Windows
Key + Shift + S). The PrtScn key copies the entire screen to the clipboard,
while the Windows Key + PrtScn saves it directly to your Pictures >
Screenshots folder. The Snipping Tool (accessed by Windows Key + Shift +
S) allows you to select a specific area of the screen to capture.
Press the Print Screen key (usually located in the top row of your
keyboard, near the F12 key).
You'll need to open an image editing program (like Paint) and paste
the screenshot (Ctrl + V) to save it.
The screen will briefly dim, indicating that a screenshot has been
taken.
The screen will darken, and a menu will appear at the top of the
screen.
Select the area you want to capture by clicking and dragging with
your mouse.
Additional Tips:
Surface Pen:
If you have a Surface device, you can double-click the pen button to
activate the Snipping Tool.

For gamers, the Xbox Game Bar (Windows key + G) offers screenshot and
recording options.
