Explanatory note for filling in the e-application form for

Consent/Authorization

1. Any applicant knowingly giving incorrect information or suppressing any information pertaining to
any of the items of the application shall be liable for punishment as per provisions under the relevant
Act.
2. The application form shall be submitted at the district offices of the Board at the address given on
the first page of the application form under whose jurisdiction the applicant's activity falls.
3. The application shall be filled online through Single Window portal
https://singlewindow.jk.gov.in/ which will be further directed to jkocmms.nic.in for scrutiny
and processing. The fee shall be paid once the e-application with all the requisite documents as
per check list are uploaded and verified by JK PCC scrutiny section and the date of processing
of application shall be considered after submission of form.The application shall be filled

directed to jkocmms.nic.in for scrutiny and processing. The fee shall be paid once the e-
application with all the requisite documents as per check list are uploaded and verified by JK
PCC scrutiny section and the date of processing of application shall be considered after

4. The consent fee shall be deposited only through online mode after checking / scrutiny of
documents.
5. If any of the items is not relevant to the activity of the applicant please state Not Applicable
(NA).
6. The application form shall be accompanied by relevant documents and in case of submission of
online application without requisite documents, the application form shall be returned to applicant
for rectification and resubmission.
7. The applicant shall choose the Line of Activity (LOA) as per UCM strictly in accordance with
the manufacturing products. In case, it is found that LOA is not matching with the Products to
be manufactured, the application shall be rejected.
8. 87 Consent fee is to be paid based on gross fixed capital investment of the unit without depreciation
till the date of application. The gross capital investment shall include cost of land, building, plant
and machinery without depreciation.
DISCLAIMER : The mere submission of application form does not confer any right of the unit
holder for processing his case till the complete case with requisite documents as per the defined
check list of Board / JK PCC shall be uploaded. Only after the scrutiny of complete form, duly
verified by the JK PCC and thereafter submission of fees, the application form shall be
processed as per the Environmental laws.
