of unhealthy lifestyle and unhealthy diet can shorten life expectancy
and cause many diseases

7. The Users
4.1 Who are the users and how are they affected by the problem?

 Athletes
 Old Aged People
 Young Generation
 Employees
They all go through imbalanced diet that can lead to health problems

4.2 What have you actually observed about the users and how the problem affects
them?

We have observed that both young and older athletes struggle with maintaining a balanced
diet, often consuming high-calorie, low-nutrient foods due to time constraints or lack of
awareness. This unhealthy diet leads to energy imbalances, poor performance, and long-term
health issues, affecting their training and recovery.

9
4.3 Record your interview questions here as well as responses from users.

1. Question: How would you describe your current eating habits?

Answer: "I try to eat healthy, but I often struggle with time and end up eating quick
snacks or fast food."

2. Question: Have you noticed any impact on your performance due to your diet?
Answer: "Yes, when I don’t eat properly, I feel more fatigued during workouts and take
longer to recover."

3. Question: What challenges do you face when trying to eat healthily?

Answer: "Time is the biggest issue. I don’t always have the time to cook balanced meals
with my training schedule."

4. Question: How does poor nutrition affect your long-term health?

Answer: "I’ve noticed joint pain and inflammation, and I’m worried about the long-term
effects if I don’t make changes."

performance.
Continues with poor eating habits, despite
awareness of the consequences.

4.5 What are the usual steps that users currently take related to the problem and
where are the difficulties?

11
1. Try to eat healthy but often choose quick meals.

Attempt to balance diet with training.

Focus on eating intuitively or without tracking.

Recognize the impact of poor nutrition on health and performance.

Rely on fast food or snacks due to time constraints.

Look for quick nutrition fixes, like protein bars or supplements.

Skip meals or eat irregularly to manage training schedules.

Experiment with different diets or eating habits, but struggle to maintain consistency.

Try to follow general dietary advice from friends or online sources.

Monitor performance and health, noticing the effects of poor nutrition.
