Staff Selection Commission conducted Computer Based Examination for Graduation & abov
Level posts under Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts Examination from 20-06-2024 to 26- 06-202
various centers all over the country. A total of 10,30,119 completed applications were receive
Graduation & above Level posts.
2. Representations received from candidates with regard to Tentative Answer Keys have b
carefully examined and the Answer Keys have been suitably modified wherever necess
finalized thereafter. The final answer keys have been used for evaluation of performance of
candidates in the Examination. Final Answer Keys along with Question Papers cum Response
of Computer Based Examination will be uploaded on the website of the Commission shortly.
3. Marks scored by the candidates have been normalized as mentioned in Para 15.3 of the
Notice of the examination. Such normalized marks have been used for processing of r
to shortlist the candidates for the next stage of Scrutiny.

4. As per Para 19.7 of the Notice of the Examination, candidates scoring minimu
qualifying marks in the computer based examination, as given below, have been considere
eligible for shortlisting to the next stage of Scrutiny:
(i) UR : 30% (i.e. 60 marks)
(ii) OBC/EWS : 25% (i.e. 50 marks)
(iii) All other reserved categories : 20% (i.e. 40 marks)
5. As per recruitment procedure mentioned at Para-19.8 of the Notice of Examinatio
29,561 candidates have been shortlisted for the next stage of scrutiny based on th
normalized score and merit of candidates in the Computer Based Examination, in th
following ratio:

(a) 1:30 for vacancies up to 5 (subject to the availability of suitable candidates).

(b) 1:15 subject to a minimum of 150 for vacancies more than 5 (subject to the
availability of suitable candidates).
(c) For vacancies reserved for PwBD / PwBD-Others / ESM candidates, all the PwB
PwBD-Others / ESM candidates who are qualifying with minimum-cut-off criteria are to be
shortlisted for scrutiny process.

6. Category-wise break-up of the candidates shortlisted in the Computer Base

Examination for the next stage of Scrutiny are as follows:

11. Para 19.6, para 22 and para 25(h) of the Notice for Examination stated that only one
application was allowed to be submitted by a candidate for one category of post and in cas

13. Resolution of tie cases - In the event of tie in scores of candidates in the Computer B
Examination, such cases have been resolved by applying the following criteria, one
another, till the tie is resolved, in terms of Para 20 of Notice of the Examination:
i. Total marks in Computer Based Examination.
ii. Marks in Part-A of Computer Based Examination.
iii. Marks in Part-B of Computer Based Examination.
iv. Date of Birth, with older candidates placed higher.
v. Alphabetical order of names.

14. Skill Test, wherever prescribed for any category of post(s) will be conducted fr
amongst the shortlisted candidates whose documents are received and found in order
Scrutiny stage by the User Department(s) / Regional Office(s) of the Commission. Due
intimation in advance will be given by the respective Regional Offices to the candidat
through their websites.
15. All qualified candidates found clear at the Scrutiny Stage for a particular category of p
be called for Document Verification (DV) by the Regional Office / User Department to which th
Category belongs. Accordingly, Admission Certificate for Document Verification will be issued
Regional Office only.
16. As per Para 19.14 of the Notice of Examination, marks of the candidates wil
be disclosed at this stage. The candidature of the shortlisted candidates is
provisional.

1. After login, click on the ‘Upload Documents’ button which is visible under
‘My Applications’ ‘Selection Posts Examination’ tab.
2. Carefully read all the instructions and upload the required documents (other than EQ
Experience)
Please select file and then click on ‘Upload’ to upload a document. All the listed
documents (as applicable) will be uploaded in this manner.
3. After Uploading the relevant documents of this section, click on ‘Save and
Next’. A window for uploading Post-wise “EQ/Experience” documents will be opened.
4. In this section, all the Posts in which the candidate has qualified in Computer Based
Examination (CBE) will be visible. The candidate should upload the documents related to EQ
Experience for each post by clicking on respective Post Code.
Please Note that the documents have to be uploaded separately for each Post Category. Fo
instance, if a post prescribes matriculation or equivalent as an essential qualifi
the matriculation or equivalent certificate should again be uploaded for the relevant Post C
even though it has already been uploaded in the previous section for
verification of DOB, etc.
5. ‘Essential Qualification’ as per Notice of Examination is mentioned for ease of
reference. However, the candidates should check the Notice carefully.
Please select file and then click on ‘Upload’ to upload a document.
Multiple documents can be uploaded by clicking on ‘Add More +’ option.

6. After uploading all the required documents, click on ‘Save’ button.

7. After clicking on ‘Save’ button, the candidate will be redirected to the previous
page, where he/she can upload the documents for another post by following the same proc
8. After uploading the documents for all the posts, click on ‘Save & Exit’ button.
Note- Candidature will be considered only for those Post Codes against which the
documents are duly uploaded before the closing date.
If ‘×’ is shown as upload status i.e. documents are not uploaded against any Post Code till
closing date, the candidature for such Post Code will be rejected.
