Enterprise Enrollment
Login to Codeproof Cloud Console and then go to Enroll menu option from the top. In the Enroll section, select
Android Enterprise.
Click on Enroll Enterprise using Gmail button and this will bring a google login page. Select your organizations
gmail account preferably. Please make sure to allow pop-ups in your browser. Now enter information asked by
google. If you have a G Suite or Google Workspace account, then click on Enroll Enterprise using G Suite Domain
button.
Once the enterprise registration completes, click on Approve App from Playstore button to approve public apps
from Google playstore.
Click on Approve App From PlayStore button to go to Google Playstore and select the public apps that you want
to distribute across the enterprise.
Mainly there are three types of device provisioning methods are available.
1. QR code method
If the device is in use, then factory reset the device to enter the setup. If you are in the device setup screen then
tap six times to scan the QR code. To generate the QR code, please go to Device Enrollment section. See below.
If the device is in use, then factory reset the device to enter the setup. Add the WiFi and then go to “Accounts”
section. Don’t add Gmail account. Add following EMM token instead. Click on continue to install Codeproof
MDM app automatically.

The zero-touch provisioning is available on Android 8.0+ devices from a selected manufacturers & carriers. Setup
instructions are available here.
Please go to Policy Manager from the top menu and select the group of Android devices and on right side go to Play
Store Manager tab to push apps to the enrolled devices. See below image illustrations. You can select multiple apps and
deploy them to a group of devices. Or select a single app and deploy it. Similarly, you can remotely uninstall apps from
group of devices. You can also select a app and configure the managed settings remotely.
Manage Permissions: IT administrator can remotely accept/deny app runtime permissions remotely.
Device Restrictions: The following restriction policies are available in Android for work device owner mode.
You can also block default applications in the device. See below image illustrations.
