System Engineering: Conceptualized and rolled out robust and scalable knowledge portal for
Compliance Group within India and abroad. Also implemented Google Search Appliance (GSA) for
quickly searching regulatory documents on the portal.
Enterprise Implementations: Managed global rollout of a feedback based mobile application for
Talent management process within ICICI Group. Also implemented the first transaction based
employee chatbot with Artificial Intelligence capability. Currently managing and scaling an iPad
based Secretarial app used by directors and other senior management across ICICI Group globally.
Custom Software Developments: Managed all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
for dozens of custom solutions such as digitization of employee investment proof upload, automation
of risk assessment and Cost Benefit Analysis in business outsourcing system ensuring ROI in terms of
process improvement and/or cost reduction.
Technology Initiatives: Implemented mobile-based daily sign in feature for employees using GPS
technology. This feature helped us track employee’s location for safety especially during COVID.
Currently working on migrating the mobile app on Microsoft Azure based cloud platform.
Revenue Generation through innovation: Rolled out a lead referral module in mobile app for getting
quality leads from employees. This feature helped convert an HR based app in a revenue-generating
app and helped break even in less than a week since its launch.
Fast track projects on Mobility: Implemented COVID travel pass for employees overnight, Self &
Colleagues COVID declaration, Stay Healthy videos, Premises entry pass (iPass) for entry within the
bank’s premises across India, COVID Vaccine and RT-PCR certificates upload, scheduling of
employees COVID vaccination within the premises, COVID vaccine expense reimbursement &
employee self-declaration for granting of ESOP’s.
