The Note Keeping Portal is a web-based application designed to help

users create, manage, and organize their personal or academic notes

efficiently. The system provides a simple, user-friendly interface to add,

edit, delete, and view notes. It is developed using HTML, CSS,

JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL for backend storage.

This portal serves as a digital alternative to physical notebooks,

offering features like time-stamped entries, search functionality, and

data persistence across sessions.

3. MAIN MODULES

1. User Authentication-Sign up, login, logout with secure sessions.

2. Dashboard=Displays user’s notes in a clean layout.

3. Note Management-Add, edit, delete, and view notes.

4. Search & Filter-Quickly find notes by keyword or category.


5. Category/Label (Optional)-Organize notes using tags or categories.

6. Database-MySQL used to store users and notes securely.

7. Frontend Interface-Simple, responsive UI with HTML/CSS/JS.

1.User
Can create, edit, delete, and view their own notes.
Can search and organize notes.
Cannot see others’ notes or access admin functions.

2. Admin (Optional)
Can manage all users and notes.
Can delete any note or user account.
Has full control over the system
