ACTIVITY DESIGN

I. Title of the Activity:


"Welcome Back! Safe, Ready, and Engaged: Class Opening Orientation for SY
2025–2026"

II. Rationale:
In compliance with the Department of Education’s commitment to inclusive,
safe, and quality basic education, the school shall conduct a Class Opening
Orientation for learners, parents/guardians, and school stakeholders. This
orientation is guided by DepEd Order No. 003, s. 2018 (Basic Education
Enrollment Policy), DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2023 (School Calendar and
Activities), DepEd Order No. 40, s. 2012 (Child Protection Policy), and related
issuances on safe school reopening and stakeholder engagement.

III. Objectives:
By the end of the orientation, participants should be able to:

1) Understand the school calendar, enrollment procedures, and class


delivery modes for SY 2025–2026.
2) Be familiar with the school’s Child Protection Policy and protocols.
3) Be oriented on school rules, attendance, grading, and discipline
systems.
4) Appreciate the role of parents and stakeholders in Brigada Eskwela and
Oplan Balik Eskwela.
5) Clarify questions through an open forum.

June 12, 2025 at 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
