This is your course guide for NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety that covers the practical skills which are
essential to health and safety professionals. This guide is to be used as a guide reference for the duration of the course.

Safety and Health The course leads to the NEBOSH National General Certificate (Level 3) in Occupational Health and Safety
(NEBOSH) The NEBOSH IGC is a special training course that covers a wide range of topics that help one draw a specialization in the fields of health and safety.

Before you start both the assessment, you must have completed your studies of the whole of the IGC syllabus (elements 1 to 11).

To pass the exam you need to achieve 45/100 or more (i.e. 45% or more)
If you do not receive the minimum mark, you will receive a referral and you will need to retake the exam

The aim of this assessment is for you to practically apply the knowledge and understanding that you have gained from your studies. IG2 guide line
provide clear idea how to conduct the risk assessment. This will be assessed by Nebosh. If your assessment does not meet the criteria set out by
Nebosh, you will receive a referral and need to repeat the assessment.
