Abstract

theory. It discusses three main styles: autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire, and their
suitability for different organizational structures. This analysis also explores the alignment
between Jack Ma's democratic leadership style and the organizational context of three
Innovation, Decision-making .

My chosen leader is Jack Ma. I will analyze his leadership style according to

attitude with which Jack Ma has faced rejection throughout his life .
