To toggle between the Full Rig (for renderings) and the Proxy Rig (for realtime
playback/anim blocking), following these steps:
1. Reference in animRig_Deadpool.ma into your scene ( File > Create Reference >
Option Box > Use Selected NameSpace > "give the character a name like, char" )

(If your machine can handle the full res rig, great, if not, you can toggle the
reference by)
2. File > Reference Editor
3. Select your "char" reference of the rig
4. R-Click > Reference > Replace Reference
5. Select the animRig_Deadpool_Proxy file

You can toggle back and forth as needed without lossing animation.

To align your IK to FK or vice versa, use the provided script, kfAnimRig_IKFK.mel.

You can open this tool by:
1. Maya > Windows > General Editors > Script Editor
2. Script Editor > File > Source Script... , Locate the kfAnimRig_IKFK.mel file,
select it and click 'Open'
3. Script Editor > MEL Tab, type the following mel command:

kfAnimRig_IKFK();

4. A window UI should appear

5. Follow the on screen instruction

Be sure to turn on and off the IK or FK controls from the pinner (blue pyramid
located at the wrist/ankle), with the viewIKCtrls and viewFKCtrls.

Also note that to blend between IK and FK, the range is 0-10, not zero to one.

Hope this works, if something breaks do let me know. Also, should you produce an
animation with this rig, hit me up, I'm always interested to see what people
produce.

Good luck!

Kiel
