Final Submission of Semester Project

All students are required to submit a complete and final draft of their research paper by the deadline
mentioned, following the IEEE conference paper formatting standards. The final report must be
original, well-structured, and clearly written. The following components must be included:

1. Title & Author Details


o Full paper title in bold
o Full name, institution, and email address of each author
2. Abstract
o A brief summary (150–250 words) highlighting the purpose, methods, results (or
findings from review), and conclusion
3. Keywords
o 4 to 6 relevant terms
4. Introduction
o Background, motivation, objectives, and scope of the study
5. Related Work / Literature Review
o Overview of existing work, with citations
o Comparative analysis where applicable
6. Methodology
o For review papers: Method used to search, select, and analyze literature
o For experimental papers: Tools, models, simulations, or datasets used
7. Results and Discussion
o For review papers: Trends, findings, and insights drawn from the reviewed
literature
o For experimental papers: Charts, tables, and performance comparisons
8. Conclusion and Future Work
o Summary of findings and suggested directions for future research
9. References
o Follow IEEE citation style (numbered format, in order of citation)
