Summer Internship Rules

The students of II Year II Semester are required to do a Summer Internship 1 after the
completion of external examinations. For this internship, the following rules are to be
strictly followed by all the students of CSE (AI) department.

Rules:

1. The duration for the Internship shall be 6 weeks to 8 weeks. (Beyond 8 weeks, the
Student has to get prior approval from HOD sir by showing the Proof). (Only reputed
Institutions like NITs, IITs or top MNC companies will be allowed).
2. The company selected for Internship shall be registered with either AICTE or
APSCHE. You can visit the AICTE / APSCHE portals to see the list of companies
registered.

3. Every student must and should submit a Project Report after the completion of the
Internship. (Format will be provided later).
4. Every student shall apply for Internship from the above portals and submit proof of
Internship allotment before getting signed on No Dues form.
5. Companies that are not listed in the above portals will not be allowed to do
Internship. (Such certificates will not be allowed for credit transfer).
6. There will be two reviews conducted for evaluating the Internships.
7. In case you are unable to get any Internship offers from the above listed portals, you
can contact Mr. J. Viswanath sir for suggestions. (You have to show the proof of your
application to companies for Internships).
8. Certificates from other non-registered companies and Internship without project
report will not be considered at any cost.

Failure to adhere the above rules, your Internship will not be evaluated and subsequently
you will not get the required credits for Internship.
