Personal Narrative-Sazzling National Forest
The recent camping trip to the Allegheny national forest was a time well spent where I learned
much about myself and others. This trip also enabled me to make memories with people who I
am not familiar with. One of those memories happened when I cut my leg trying to move a log
and, Hayley was scrambling around the campsite looking for the med kit so she could bandage
my leg. This is one of my favorite memories because, my incident is a silly little thing that
happens, that I always remember. Also, the reactions from the rest of the people were concerning
for my well being even though I stayed calm and said that I was fine. It is one of those little things
make every moment so great. If cell phones were allowed then that probably would have happened
because I would probably... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Another memorable experience was at night all of us gathered around the campfire and played
different games. I found out the true personality of many people in my class. I was lucky to have
that because all of us were taken out of our element from the daily school life. Everyone could just
be real with each other, which made those late games so fun. Every single person was just letting
loose which does not happen very often at reserve. It was very special moment that I can
remember. THere many different types of people with much different interest but all of us
figured out how to get along and create a special with each other. I felt really fortunate that I was
given the chance to grow closer with all the amazing people on this trip. Had phones been
allowed that none of us would have stayed up late and play card games because we all be too busy
worrying about what was going with our other friends. It would have taken me away from the truly
great moment that I was experiencing with people who I did not really know before the
My Perceptions Of The Environment And The Amount Of Control
Based on my responses to my perceptions of the environment and the amount of control I feel I
have, the VISA evaluation validated my perception about my leadership proficiencies. This
evaluation indicated a Dominance personality as a leader. According to my VISA profile there is a
strong emphasis on Vision and Action which echoes the dimensions that form my leadershipstyle.
Interdependence and Structure have been indicated to be the less developed areas in my evaluation
profile. This also confirms my perceptions as I find rigorous adherence to policies and procedures
sometimes stifling progress and my dominant preference of action approach resonance with my
desire to be goal oriented, action driven to achieve results and freedom to make quick decisions.
Having Vision couple with Action reaffirms my personality in a sense that I am future orientated,
love creativity and innovative thinking, and tends to seek unique accomplishments and innovative
solutions. I enjoy tackling varies activities and embrace a wide range of tasks. I am also high in
conscientiousness and tend to use a systematic approach on problem solving. When working with
others, I have a tendencyto be diplomatic and use an indirect approach to avoid conflict. This
illustrative VISA profile is therefore well aligned with my character and leadership assessment.
While Vision is more dominant, the Action element compliments my behavioural drive for my
visionary outlook. I embrace change and view the use of

How To Buy A Used Car
Overview Buying previously owned cars can be expensive if the buyer has no experience. Problems
can arise later if the car is not carefully chosen. Liz Gorham s article called Buying a Used Car says,
A buyer without savvy can easily buy repair headaches instead of reliable transportation (Gorham 1).
This process can take a very long time and requires patience if the buyer is seeking a long lasting car
with minimal repairs required. It is very difficult as well as the process needs a lot of prior
knowledge on cars. Certain guidelines must be followed to ensure that the car is reliable, long
lasting and does not require major repairs. Learning the best way to buy a used car is a very
important life skill. Special Terms1.Bill of Sale: A... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The Bill of Sale should include: VIN, car mileage, car model, car year, and the buyer and seller
signature and names. This will make sure that the bill of sale can be used in a court of law if
needed. Examples If the buyer were to buy from a dealer, the buyer could go to a used car
dealership. Car dealers offer unnecessary warranties that the buyer should not consider. Dealers
also stay fixed on one price and are harder to negotiate with if the seller learns the seller is dealing
with a new buyer. The dealers are professionals and know how to hide problems so it is best to
avoid them. New buyers may also need to consider bringing a mechanic to make an inspection on
the car. Gorham says, A suggestion that the consumer have the car inspected by a mechanic
before buying it (Gorham 2). Mechanics will know what problems are major or minor and can
help the buyer decide if the car is worth the price. Result If the steps were followed correctly, the
car should last a long time and still satisfy the buyer. No major repairs should be

American s are very prideful of being part of a Country that not only portrays, but also truly offer an
abundance of opportunities for education, careers, housing, for many immigrants jobs, and most
importantly Freedom. Currently the American motto is that there are no impossibilities, work hard
to achieve highest potential and failure is not a negative innuendo, but a mark of the imprints of
success. Nevertheless, as one researches and studies American history the stroll down memory lane
is sad and disappointing. Use The Trans Atlantic Slave Trade Database website (http:/

Reintroduction Of Gray Wolf
It s a cold December night on the ranch, and you are slowly drifting off to sleep, when a sudden
howl brings a shiver up your spine. You look out your window and see a Gray Wolf, the snow
caresing its soft, eligant face, beautiful. When morning comes you go out to your livestock pen, one
dead, that could cost you up to $20,000, that beautiful creature no longer seems so beautiful. In
1995, on accord of the Endangered Species Act, the Gray Wolfwas introduced to Yellowstone
National Park, Since then the ecosystem has flourished and more animals have come, rivers are not
caving, trees are blooming and more plants are growing and tourism has exploded. So was wolf
reintroduction really a good thing.
The core problem for Allen Distribution Company is how to distinguish from the marginal
accounts the difference between good creditors and bad creditors. Especially we show how the
difference between creditors can be utilized in practice by the credit representatives. For this we
provide clear guidelines. The option of extending the Morse Photo Company s $ 1000 credit line is
used as test case for these purposes.

It exceeds the Allen Electricity s required rate of return. Thus it is reasonable to continue assessing
this particular credit line. If an account does not exceed the required rate of return in best case
scenario the account should be rejected in this phase. In the other hand if a company is a big and
loyal customer its examination should be also continued even if it does not exceed completely the
required rate of return. Nevertheless, we do not look at these situations more thoroughly since we
are concentrating on marginal account evaluation process.
Financial situation of Morse Photo Company and expected return of credit line
To asses Morse Photo Company s financial situation and creditworthiness we examine some key
figures and use Z score model.
Morse Photo Company is rated as wolf according to Z score, so we need to continue its
examination. If it were rated bull, we could have completed its examination and extended the credit
line. In the other hand in this phase all bear rated companies accounts should be rejected.
Next step is to assess the Morse Photo Company s probability to default and use it as basis for
calculating expected profit for granting credit.
