Tata Steel Kalinganagar invites application from ITI holders of its Displaced and Land Loser Community in Fitter / Electrician /
Electronic Mechanic / Instrument Mechanic / Machinist trade to join as O&M Assistant – I.

Minimum
Educational ITI (NTC Certified) in Fitter/Electrician/Machinist/Electronic Mechanic/Instrument Mechanic from a
Qualification Government or recognized Private ITI institute.

Marks Must have passed ITI (NTC Certified)


The details of all applicants will be vetted by the office of ADM Kalinganagar to determine their eligibility
Eligibility Criteria
for candidacy from Displaced and Land Losers community category.
Age Should have been born on or after 1st July 1985 and before 1st July 2007 (both days inclusive)
The selected candidates will be provisionally placed at starting Basic Salary of Rs. 14,430/- pm with CTC
of Rs. 4.27 LPA, in the grade TSK B1.
Emoluments
The other emoluments and benefits will be as per Company’s rule applicable to this grade. Candidates
possessing 4 years or more of relevant experience will be compensated as per company policy.

Employment and Post selection, candidates will be on probation for six months. Only on the satisfactory completion of
Placement the probationary period, candidate will be confirmed in the services of the Steel Company.

P&I Office located at Plot-2 Training Centre:

Important Note:
Failure to submit the hard copies of the required documents will result in the cancellation of
your application.
Each individual application will be checked by office of ADM Kalinganagar for its applicabity
under Displaced and Land Looser Community category and based on the approval the list will
be finalised.

1. Self attested photocopy of matric passing certificate and marksheet
2. Self attested photocopy of intermediate passing certificate and marksheet (if applicable)
3. Self attested photocopy of ITI passing certificate and marksheet
4. Self attested photocopy of Aadhaar Card
5. Self attested photocopy of PAN Card
6. Self attested photocopy of Caste Certificate (if any)
7. CV/Resume
8. Experience (If any) – In case of having work experience, the following documents are to be
submitted:
• Self attested Experience Letter/Service Sertificate/Relieving Letter of all the past employers
(must be issued by Comptent authority)
• Self attested EPFO Service History, Bank Statement highlighting the salary credited by the
Organization
• Self attested Appointment Letter and Confirmation Letter/Offer Letter of the Current
Organization
• Self attested Last three months salary slip of the current organization
• Self attested Contract Letter and Contract Renewal Letter/Extension Letter (if applicable)
• Self attested Gate Pass bearing Date of Employement/Company ID Card

Important If a candidate is found to be ineligible at any stage of the selection process, the candidate will not be
