Work-From-Home (WFH) Agreement
This agreement supplements your employment contract with FPS Tech Philippines, Inc.
As part of your employment, you have been assigned to a Work-From-Home (WFH) or Hybrid
work setup. This agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities associated with this
arrangement.
Employees must ensure a reliable internet connection. The company reserves the right to recall
employees to work onsite based on performance concerns or operational requirements.
Persistent connectivity issues may require the employee to work from the office or an alternative
location with stable access.
This provision applies equally to employees under full WFH or hybrid work arrangements.
Employees must obtain prior written approval before relocating their residence or primary
work-from-home location. Requests must be submitted at least 30 calendar days in advance to
the immediate supervisor, HR, and IT, and must include:
● I have read, understood, and agree to follow the FPS Tech Philippines Inc. WFH/Hybrid
Work Guidelines.
● I acknowledge that I am covered by the same responsibilities, benefits, and company
policies regardless of work setup (onsite, hybrid, or WFH).
● I understand that this arrangement is subject to ongoing review based on company needs
and individual performance.
