Building Quantity

This document provides an example calculation of construction quantities for a guard room building. It includes dimensions for the room, doors, windows, slab and foundation elements. It then calculates quantities for excavation, concrete foundations, fill, reinforced concrete structure, brickwork, floor tiles, plaster, painting, cornice and cill. Notes are provided on deducting openings from brickwork and plaster quantity calculations based on the type of opening. The purpose is to demonstrate the process of taking dimensional data and calculating the quantities of materials needed to construct the building.
