Determine time, climate Time to execute robbery Who will be responsible in different action to be done Alternatives in case plan A will not work (plan B, plan C)

ACTUAL OPERATION OF ROBBERY

WHAT TO DO BEFORE HOLD-UP


Maintain high level of security awareness. Be sure that all points entry are closed and secured. Conducting roving & patrolling Visitors and guest are challenged prior to entry (access control) Be alert and aware always Be responsible and honest guard Maintain service availability of firearms Maintain service availability of communications facilities Frisking be applied if necessary Vehicles be also checked Mark control areas (restricted areas) Report security status every 4-hour interval

DURING ACTUAL HOLD-UP


Keep calm do not panic A robber will rarely hurt you unless you provoke them If advantage in position fight Dont resist if over-powered Obey instruction Dont engage in gun shooting Do not try to be a hero Do not attempt to look if told to facedown Observe everything carefully
Time 0f Hold-up Color, kind and brand of clothing Manner of speech Observe scars, moles, birthmarks Body build

AFTER THE HOLD-UP


Look for fatality or injured person Call the nearest police station Guide the persons outside the scene without touching anything Protect the scene by cordoning Protect all items touched by the robbers If possible, get the name and address of all the persons present during the hold-up Do not trust your memory, record the following:
Weapon used Number of suspects Color, model, plate number of vehicles used Direction of get away vehicle Modus operandi Do not discuss said matter until cleared by client.

REMAIN CALM ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT YOU ARE BEING ROBBED GET DESCRIPTIONS THRU OBSERVATION IF POSSIBLE SOUND THE ALARM (WHEN SAFE TO DO SO) SECURE/PROTECT THE CRIME SCENE NOTIFY OTHERS TO OBTAIN ASSISTANCE TRY TO OBTAIN MODE/DIRECTION OF TRAVEL NOTIFY POLICE FORCES
