Causes: Idle mode that area serving by DHK0719W but due to missing NBR that point serving by DHK0474W. For that reason Ec/Io is poor. Solution: Need to create NBR with detect cell.

Missing Neighbors-Case-1

Causes: Due to missing NBR with detect set handover not perform. 1st carrier RSCP & Ec/Io threshold limit cross and call transferred to 2nd carrier as a result call droop. Solution: Need to create NBR with detect cell.

Causes: Due to missing NBR call droop occurred. In detected set found better RSCP & Ec/Io but handover not perform. Solution: Need to create NBR with detect cell.

Causes: Voice call transferred to 2nd carrier due to bad RSCP & Ec/Io. Found better RSCP & Ec/Io in detected set, Handover not perform due to NB Issue. Solution: Need to create NBR with detect cell.

As per log file analysis of that polluted area of cluster 6C we have deleted and add some NBR cells as to make a dominant server in that area to reduce Pilot Pollution. Followings are the NBR recommendations which executed in RNC.
