Debate Guideline

To interrupt or ask question while the debater
of the other side is delivering his/her speech.
But you have to ask permission from him/her
by raising your hand.
To deny permission to others from asking
question or interrupt while you are delivering
your arguments.
Support your idea with power point
presentation or short videos where / if
necessary.

encyclopedia or quotations from any
relevant scholars.
