Found most contributed failure of Uu Interface problem with clasification :


DL RL Out of Synchronization contributed 97%

Action Plan:
DL RL Out of Synchronization -> Increase AMR DL RL power for AMR service at 544 cell which contributed failure due to DL RL Out of Sync Done.

DCR CS is improved ~0.3%
Consumption Power Non HS is increased around~ 0.19 dBm its inline with we increased RLMaxDLPwr around 2dBm
CSSR CS and PS is maintained, trend is improved due to site 090610 which contributed rejection UL CE Congestion/RL Fail impact WBBP faulty is
down during that time,
RRC /RAB CS&PS congestion is maintained
HSDPA & HSUPA Throughput is maintained
Average of Power usage distribution for Non HS is increased and for HS is reduced but its still in safe trend ~ 0.5%
