• It located in the Amara Nations Regional State in Bahir

Secretary Office, Registration office, computer training
center.

• Activities going on institute are:
• Registration
• Internet service
• computer training
• All above activities have it own input, process and
output.
1.3 Problem of the organization
• The main problem are:
• Transferring of data from one office another office.
• Internet services in each office
• Printer sharing problem
• Computer maintenance problem.

• The main solution for proposed system are:


– Giving internet services to each office
– Making less money loss system. E.g. printer
sharing.
– Maintain computer.
– Data transferring one computer to another

• Generally Bahir dar cyber world computer institute has good tasks and
less costly process take place.
• They use like giving internet services , printer sharing, maintained
computer and file sharing.
• Finally I conclude they work good task, easy and fast task and they get real
world information form internet.

• Generally the previous system is weaker and cost but
this time it will better and faster task take place and
