3)FORMAT OF A REPORT
• Title Section: can include any information that you feel is necessary including the
author(s) and the date prepared.
• Summary: The summary consists of the major points, conclusions, and
recommendations. It needs to be short
• Introduction: The first page of the report needs to have an introduction. Here you will
explain the problem and inform the reader why the report is being made..
• Body: This is the main section of the report.. There should be several sections, each
clearly labeled with a subtitle. Information in a report is usually arranged in order of
importance with the most important information coming first. Conclusion: This is where

• I´m a Finance majors who learn about a variety of investment vehicles, and this knowledge can help
financial planners to advise clients about how to manage their finances. Finance majors can decipher
trends in the securities markets and apply this perspective to their planning sessions.
• b) What's your company's name? & How big is your company?The name of my company is call XX and
it has 5 departments (marketing,distribtion, administration, finances and human resources) . It has
about 60 employees
• c) Where is it located? What is your workplace like? It is located in Condesa one of the biggest places

• d) Who do you work with? I work with the department of finances but my co workers are the other
managers of the other 4 departments.
• e) What skills do you need at work? What training opportunities have you had? I need interpersonal skills, also a formal accounting
qualification , an ability to communicate to eerybody, the financial reporters , an analytical ability and a knowledge of IT softwares . Everything
is depending on your attitude and how you communicate with the persons, butfor the IT software you need to take courses.

• I have been in the company for almost 8 years and I have been promoted twice . First one from intern to White collar worker and then to
manager (I skip assitant manager). There are a lot of opportunities but you should think twice when you accept the promotion because it gets
difficult when you be promoted.
