JTC HSE Team has been provided rebar
end caps and fixed to all steel rebar .

Immediate corrective action has been


done immediately.

While monitoring the site during daily inspection, it


was observed the steel rebar were left without end
cap to protect workers of getting injured in case if
they hit rebar.
