• Stress can compel the body to get rid of nutrients
instead of using them for vital functions.
• Stress also triggers free radical production which
results in cancer, heart problems and aging
• To prevent stress related symptoms like
frustration, depression and irritability one needs
to increase the serotonin levels
• Magnesium, a mineral, helps to monitor the
serotonin levels
• Examples of vitamins include B-1, B-2, B-3, B-6
and B-12.

WHY THE PRECAUTIONS ARE
IMPORTANT
 As much as vitamin supplements are safe to take,
it is important to adhere to the instructions on
the bottle label to avoid overdose and possible
poisoning.
 Use water-soluble vitamins because fat soluble
fats tend to be more toxic compared to water
soluble vitamins because the former are store in
body tissues whereas the water soluble vitamins
are readily excreted.
 Take your vitamins with a meal or snack to
prevent stomach irritations

• Holy Basil- it Supports a healthy response to
stress.
• Kava- it Supports normal calm and relaxation
from tension brought on by daily stress.
• Rhodiola- it Optimizes energy levels while
promoting a healthy mood
RECOMMENDATIONS
• More research is required to recommend the
products to patients the magnesium-based
supplements as well as other herbal
combinations may work well but.
• This is necessary because most medical
practitioners work with insufficient evidence
regarding the effectiveness these supplements
