Fungsi
Induced Draft Fan (ID Fan) berfungsi sebagai
media untuk membuang hasil pembakaran dari
furnace. Dimana pada ruang pembakaran dibuat
agar bertekanan negative dengan tekanan 0,2 – 0,5
inch water gage (-12mmWc). Atau dengan kata lain
Operasi “Balanced Draft”. Dalam 1 unit PLTU paiton
terdapat 2 buah ID Fan dengan kapasitas 50% dari
performace beban maksimal.

3. Pastikan outlet valve cooling water heat exchanger (WC302A/B atau WC303A/B) terbuka
4. Pastikan block valve cooling water heat exchanger (WC304A/B) terbuka
5. Pastikan rotary flow cooling water heat exchanger berputar
6. Pastikan salah satu valve lube oil heat exchanger sisi A/B terbuka
7. Pastikan lube oil level pada sight glass inboard dan outboard bearing motor >50%
8. Pastikan valve rotameter lube oil inboard dan outboard bearing fan terbuka
9. Pastikan lube oil tank level pada sight glass > 50%
10.Pastikan semua main hole ID fan maupun Duct telah tertutup

3. Jalankan turning gear ID fan dari breaker. Indikasi turning gear di PGP merah berarti telah
running
4. Buka ID fan outlet damper
5. Atur ID fan inlet damper < 7% dan Speed actuator 7%
6. Jalankan SAH (Tren yg akan dijalankan) telah beroperasi
7. Buka SAH Air outlet dan gas inlet damper (Tren yg akan dijalankan) dan indikasi PGP merah
8. Atur SAH gas inlet control damper >95%
9. Tutup PAH gas inlet dan air oulet damper, indikasi PGP hijau
10. Atur ID fan (Tren stand by) inlet damper 5%
11. Tutup SAH air outlet dan gas inlet damper (Tren stand by)dan indikasi di PGP hijau
12. Tutup PAH air outlet dan gas inlet damper (Tren stand by)dan indikasi di PGP hijau
13. Buka FD fan discharge damper A dan B dan indikasi PGP merah
14. Atur FD Fan inlet vane A dan B > 90%
15. Buka semua aux damper corner 1,2,3,4 elevasi AA, AB,BC,DE dan EE pada set 100%
16. Jalankan ID Fan ( Tren yg dipilih) dari CCR
17. Atur setting tekanan ruang bakar -12mmWc

4. Amati pembukaan outlet damper tren yg dijalankan
5. Atur ID fan inlet damper < 7% dan Speed actuator 7%
6. Amati SAH (Tren yg akan dijalankan) telah beroperasi
7. Buka SAH ( yg dijalankan) air outlet damper dan indikasi PGP merah
8. Atur SAH gas inlet control damper >10%
9. Buka SAH gas inlet damper dan indikasi PGP merah
10. Jalankan ID Fan ( Tren yg dipilih) dari CCR
11. Atur setting tekanan ruang bakar -12mmWc
