5G technology will provide nearly complete wireless communication with very high speeds and low latency. It will support a huge increase in connected devices and enable new applications like self-driving cars which require real-time data transmission. 5G uses higher frequency millimeter waves that have shorter range but provide higher capacity, requiring more base stations. It employs technologies like beamforming, massive MIMO and full duplex to boost speeds, capacity and connectivity. While 5G enables many new possibilities, developing the infrastructure is very expensive and using higher frequency waves may pose health risks.

• 5G technology full name of fifth Generation ,the
name of “5G” is a broadcast Transmission by the
3rd generation partnership project (3GPP).
• Complete wireless communication with almost no
limitations.
• It is highly supportable to WWWW
(Wireless World Wide Web).

• Millimeter Waves: 5G will be using higher frequencies (30


to 300 GHz) and these frequencies are called millimeter
waves
• Small Cell: Since Range of Millimeter waves is lese we
need to place more call antenna on streetlights, building
roofs.
• Beamforming: Define a clear path how network packets
should travel from source to destination.

• Full Duplex: More than one person can talk at a time, that
is sent and receive happens on different frequencies so
that there is no interference.
• MASSIVE MIMO:MIMO stands for MULTIPLE INPUT
MULTIPLE OUTPUT. In the 4G technology we had like
dozen of these MIMO ports intended to transmit the
signals, now in our 5G technology we increase those
numbers to almost 4 times to facilitate the signals to travel
faster in all directions .

at low energy levels.
• BW is of 4000 Mbps, which is 400 times faster than
today’s wireless networks
• Uses smart antenna.
