Liabilities P15,000
 Third Offense - One Month to Six Months Imprisonment
and Fine of P20,000
 Stalking, touching, pinching, brushing
against genitalia, face, arms, anus, groin,
breasts, inner thighs, buttocks, or any part
of the victim’s body:

 First Offense - 11 to 30 days


Criminal imprisonment or fine of P30,000
Liabilities  Second Offense - 1 month to 6 months
imprisonment or fine of P50,000

 Third Offense - 6 Months


Imprisonment or fine of P100,000
 For non-implementation of the law

LIABILITIES OF  Fine from P5,000 to P10,000


 Fine of P10,000 to P15,000 if failed to act on complaint
EMPLOYERS
 Principals, school heads, teachers, instructors,
professors,, coaches, trainers, person in authority or
moral ascendancy may be liable for:
