WHAT IS MOBILE OS?
A MOBILE OPERATING SYSTEM is the operating system that controls a Smartphone, Tablets, PDA,
or other mobile devices.

INTRODUCTION
• Right now, it’s two horse race- IOS and ANDROID.
• Android and IOS devices are being adopted globally 10times faster then the PC, 2times
faster than the 90s internet Boom and 3times faster than recent social networks.

IOS:
IOS is the new operating system for mobile devices.
It’s the product of apple which you seen in Apple device like iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
IOS provide good interface for mobile devices where user get more comfort in touch
interface.

ANDROID:
Android is Linux- based operating system designed primarily for touchscreen mobile device
such as smartphones and tablet computers. Initially developed by android Inc. , Which
google backed financially and later purchased in 2005.

• IOS comprise the operating system and technologies the application natively on
devices, such as iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch.

• IOS even ensures that performance and battery space life don’t suffer even if you
are multitasking.

• It had a 14.9% share of the smartphone mobile OS unit shipped in the third
quarter of 1012, behind only Google's android.

neglectful

• Android’s user experience is very customizable, where IOS is not.

• But other than this, it’s not a clean sweep any where.

• Almost any thing you would want to do with a smartphone can be done well on either
platform something that was not the case a year or two ago.

• Lastly… the best way to answer the age old questions is to ask “who is using IOS or
Android” ? So your device ! If you like it … use it !
