INTRODUCTION
The theme of our Project is Hotel
Management System. This Project is a fine
thought to make the complex procedure of
the Hotel management system to an easy
manner which is systematic, modular
designed, selective menu based user display.
The modular design and constructed system
is very much user friendly in which user can
easily understand the tools and can do edit of
his own choice.
In this program the user can book his/her
room according to the given choices like ac or
non ac room big size room or small size room
, rent etc. If no room is booked then a
message is displayed asking the user to book
a room. The option generate bill calculates
and generates a bill according to the rent

The main objective of the c++ project on
hotel management system is to manage
the details of rooms, customers ,
bookings etc. . This program helps in
searching a room with the help of a given
room number , searching a customer and
getting all the details by entering his/her
room number. The check in option helps
the customer in checking in by entering
the number of days of stay advance
payment , phone number etc.
The main purpose of this project is to
build an application program to reduce
the manual work for managing rooms ,
payments and keeping track of all the
details.
