Brazil is located in northern South America between latitudes 5°15'N to 33°45'S and longitudes 34°45'W to 73°48'W. Its neighboring countries are Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana to the north and Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru, Colombia to the west.
