Ford Vietnam Promotes Driving Safety Via An Interesting Mobile Game


Aiming at creating a civilized transportation environment, Ford Vietnam has continuously promoted the importance of driving safety amongst
drivers. Recently, we had an initiative creating a mobile game “Coi To Cho Vuot” as a stunning part of “No Honking” campaign. The mobile game
well reflects local transportation situation and remind players on urgent need of safe driving. Without using horn, players have to “drive”
carefully to avoid accidents caused by unexpected impediments and drivers who have bad driving habits. Making use of all available materials,
we connected our influencers and “No Honking” heritages into the game: The song “Honking” by Da LAB is used as theme music of the game,
and Da LAB - our partnered artists also built as the game characters. Da LAB also created a game challenge among their fan-page, giving T-shirts
printed their image from the game as incentives, encouraging their fans download more and play more.

Alerting commuters to typical dangers on Vietnamese roads, the game achieved more than 50.000 downloads on Apple Store and Play Store,
numerous positive feedbacks and reviews from local reporters, Facebook users, tech-savy communities and players. This is now one of the most

No Honking

Founded since 2012, No Honking is an initiative of Ford Vietnam for local community. As a CSR campaign under
DSFL, it aims at improving awareness of local commuters on critical traffic issues in Vietnam and encouraging
people to share their solutions for specific traffic situations that are commonly encountered on the road.

The programs partnered with a number of young artists and local companies through different communication
platforms & activities.
