• In this case, high-level managers and executives can go and see
things for them and can understand the situation.
• It will help them to reduce communication problem.
RECOMMENDATION

• Proper disposal of industrial waste

• Training of workers

• Reduce the distance of the relationship between employees

• Rewarded the workers for their performance

• Proper utilization of resources eliminate the bottleneck operation
