Generalities

• GLGY 209 is a basic course of geology


for non-majors;

• MAIN GOALS
• To make a brief presentation of science as
human inquiry;
• To familiarize you with basic concepts used
in geology.

Breakdown of marks

• Mid Term Examination I: 20%;
