Technique
Your oral communication skill is most crucial.
clear
logical, organised
fluent flow
No visual clue received from interviewer. Interviewer build
up a picture of you through voice (organised? relevant? fast
thinker? courteous?)
Clarify questions if you do not understand - use paraphrasing
technique.
Do not over prepared with model answers and detailed
script. Interviewer could sense if you read from script. You
are unnatural!
Prepare key points, mental and actual rehearse your answer.
Natural response is always less than perfect.
