This document provides guidance for an exploration activity aimed at getting to know participants and identifying inspiring topics. The exploration asks participants to answer questions about themselves, such as things that bring them joy, unique aspects of their childhood, what they are proud of or could talk about for hours, and what message they would share in 30 seconds. The overall goal is to help participants uncover topics they are passionate about that could form the basis for a powerful talk.
