Handwashing, sanitation, and proper hygiene can help prevent the spread of Covid-19. In December 2019, an unknown type of pneumonia emerged in Wuhan, China which was later identified as a novel coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2. The World Health Organization declared the disease caused by this virus to be called Covid-19. Currently, Covid-19 has spread globally and infected over 70 countries. Practicing good hand hygiene through regular handwashing and sanitizing surfaces can help stop the transmission of the virus from person to person.

Introduction
- In December 2019, pneumonia of
unknown cause occurred in Wuhan,
Hubei Province, China. On 7 January
2020, a novel coronavirus, named as
severe acute respiratory syndrome
coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), was
identified in the throat swab sample of
one patient.
Introduction
The World Health Organization (WHO)
announced the epidemic disease caused
by SARS-CoV-2 as coronavirus disease
2019 (COVID-19). Currently, COVID-19
has spread widely around the world,
affecting more than seventy countries
(Ge, Wang et. Al, 2020).
