Describing process
Describing a process or procedure means writing about how
something was made or how something happened. Examples: the rainwater cycle, how coffee is grown, how glass is made, getting a driver's license, starting a business. Function Describing Prosess Describing the process or procedure serves to help someone understand how to do something appropriately, so that goals can be achieved efficiently and effectively. Or it could be for someone so they can understand the way or steps in making something right and also right Procedure Text Structure The following is the structure that is in a procedure text, including: 1. Title The title in the procedure text is defined as an activity that will be created or carried out. 2. Materials and equipment Materials and equipment can be interpreted as details of the materials and equipment used during the production process or an activity carried out. 3. Stages of the process are written sequentially Namely the stages or processes that must be carried out according to the procedure text. Of course, these stages must be carried out in sequence from start to finish, so they shouldn't be confused Example How to make an omelette We need at least 4 eggs salt to taste pepper to taste pan First, carefully break the eggs into a bowl and season with freshly ground salt and pepper.
