• Those organizations which are defined specially by a lack of


structure and an approach to business that is based on the free
flow of information and ideas to drive innovation, efficiency and
growth in a world that’s constantly changing.
• Seek to remove vertical, horizontal, and external barriers so that
employees, manager, customer and suppliers can work together,
share ideas, and identify the best course for the organization.
ADVANTAGES

• Better utilization of employee knowledge and skills.


• Closer relationship with company’s external environment.
• Able to achieve greater integration and coordination.

• It is able to adapt to the environmental changes.


• It is flexible in nature .
DISADVANTAGES
• Lack of control.
• Communication difficulties due to different personality.

• Not great in authority.


• Different motivating factor.
• Lacks strong relationship and common vision.
