ADVANTAGES
• Better utilization of employee knowledge and skills.
• Closer relationship with company’s external environment. • Able to achieve greater integration and coordination.
• It is able to adapt to the environmental changes.
• It is flexible in nature . DISADVANTAGES • Lack of control. • Communication difficulties due to different personality.
• Not great in authority.
• Different motivating factor. • Lacks strong relationship and common vision.
