sounds some message. Speech is primary to writing but there are of Language several languages in the world which have no writing systems but it enjoy the status of languages because they are spoken. Music and singing are vocal sounds but they are not languages. Language is also a means of communication non-linguistic symbols such as signals of various kinds, traffic lights, road signs, Language is a and flags are also means of communication, but language is the best means of self-expression. With the help of language human means of beings express their thoughts, desires, emotions,- feelings, Communication happiness, sadness then human beings store knowledge, transmit message, transfer of knowledge and experience from one person to another, from one place to another place, from one generation to another generation. Language has to play a good role in mass communication. With the help of language human beings interact with each other. The symbolism of language is necessary. A symbol stands for Language is something else. It is something that serves as a substitute. We Symbolic have sounds and words as symbols. Communication means transferring thoughts, information, Communicatio emotion and ideas through gesture, voice, symbols, signs and expressions from one person to another. Three things are most n important and essential in any communication process they are Sender, Receiver and the Channel (medium) Verbal communication: The communication happens through Types of verbally, vocally or through written words which express or convey communication the message to other is called verbal communication. Example: Baby crying (vocal) is verbal communication which express the hungry or pain through vocally. Verbal/Nonverbal A. Oral Communication: A communication which happens through word of mouth, spoken words, conversations and also any Verbal messages or information are shared or exchanged between one communication another through speech or word of mouth is called oral communication. Example: Public speech, News reading, has two types Television, Radio, telephone and mobile conversations B. Written Communication: A communication happens through any word written or often written sign which refers the languages uses in any medium is called written communication. Example: Simply any hand written, typed, Newspaper, printed word documents, letters, books and magazines. Non-Verbal Communication: Any communication without word of mouth, spoken words, conversation and written languages are Non-Verbal called Non-Verbal Communication. It happens through signs, Communicati symbols, colors, gestures, body language or any facial expressions are known as non verbal communication. Traffic signals are one of on: the best examples for non verbal communication.
