Lava mobiles being one among the leading mobile handset industry has came up with large number
mobile phones. As the time goes on its time to go with flow of trend and to produce smart phones as per
the demand arise from the consumers and market. The present condition of Indian market dominated
by Chinese mobiles phones with better specification and features, makes it tougher but necessary to
come with a better idea of Smartphone to overcome the competitors in the market.

Problem Identification
At the present market there are large number of Smartphone producers in India. Even though major
contributors to the market at foreign companies , Indian manufacturers are not able to have a greater
competition in the field. The main reason which are concerned are-
•Chinese manufacturers coming with great specification even in lower price
•Advancement in the technology which comes first.
•Trust not gained by Indian Smartphone companies from the consumers.
•Pricing of mobile phones (etc.).

Considering some of the user reviews from lava users they come up with complaints and remarks like,
software lag, poor camera resolution, unhealthy battery storage for some devices within quick span of time,
etc.
Considering these problems we have arrived at we have designed with considering the constraints as-
Advanced technology in reasonable pricing.
Holding up a tough competition in the economic pricing sector (between 6000 to 8000)
Better performance
Better camera quality
Lowering the heating problem.
Solution to the issues

To come up with ideas in holding up a tough competition in the Indian market is by providing mobile
phone with greater specification and features at a price that astonish the users. The comparison phones that
comes in competition are –
Redmi 8A (32GB+3GB), Realme C3(32GB+3GB), Vivo Y91(32GB+3GB), Oppo A1K,
Samsung J2Core, Infinix Hot 8, (etc.)

The problem to overtake the competitors and fulfilling the demands of consumers can be done by
considering the following solutions.

Rear camera – 13MP +2MP , 16MP + 8MP dual camera with AI Technology
Front camera – 13MP , 8MP
•ROM – 64GB, 32GB
•RAM – 3GB, 2 GB
•Battery – 5000 mAH
•Processor – Qualcom Snapdragon 439, Helio G70
•CPU – 2.5 GHz
•Others
